Before going over to my best friend’s house to do her make up for an engagement party… I started dreaming about cupcakes in the car…(yes I daydream about food…dont judge!) I specifically wanted a carrot cupcake with cream cheese mmmmmm! so I told myself after doing her make up…I’l stop by sugar daddys cupcake bakery for my cream cheese fix! After confessing to my bestie abt my cupcake craving, she dragged me to her salon…where I found a peanut butter chocolate cupcake waiting for me!!! (I love you even more now bestie) From Cupcakery in Jean D’ Arc street, Hamra.

It is sooooo much better than Sugar Daddy’s and less sugary and not so heavy! Im in love!! and definitely going back for more! who wants to join me?

Check out their website and their menu  http://cupcakery.org/

Targets: Lower back, Gluteus Maximus and Hamstrings (and Arms if done with dumbbells)

This is one of the best exercise for shaping your entire lower body. If you want hot legs and lower backside and good posture, do stability ball squats with dumbbells. Make sure you do it right! Your knees should not go over your toes when you lower your body. Do with dumbbells in each hand for challenging workout! This really works! Incorporate this into your workout 3 times a week.

Watch the video link below for a full demonstration. Within 2/3 weeks (depending how much you worked out), you’ll notice a sleek, sculpted lower body. Do you know any good workouts? Please share and leave a comment.

Finding good skincare can be really difficult..I have probably wasted so much money on trying different products and most of the time it never really makes a big difference. Its really important to have a skin routine on a daiy basis, cleanse tone and moisturise….I know that sounds boring and blah but its important! especially if you want to slow down our ageing process…lets face it we cant stay young and wrinkle free forever. Few years ago I went through an acne phase, which took a toll on my skin, red marks and scars..I didnt really have a skin routine at the time. Then I remember seeing those clinique 3 steps products adverts….once I tried it, I never looked back and I’m still using it til now…the face wash, the clarifying lotion then the moisturiser. The best product from the line is the Clarifying lotion. Its so much more than a lotion

Helps clear away pollution, dulling flakes for smooth, glowing skin. Helps pores look their smallest. Skin accepts moisture better. Grows more resistant to impurities. Stays healthier, younger. Dermatologist-reformulated to be comfortable, non-drying.

Even though I wash off my make up, using the clarifying lotion after, shows just how much make up and dirt is left behind on the skin even after we wash it. It really shocks me even til now. The lotion is great for cleaning the skin deep and helps to prevent spots breakout. Use it once or twice a day after washing ur face and before moisturising, onto a cotton ball and sweep around your face and neck and jawline.  Girls this is a must have lotion in your skin care regime and has great reviews worldwide!  I definitely also recommend the whole 3 steps products.

I am looooving this M.A.C. mineralize skinfinish natural powder, I’m currently using Medium Dark, but check with your M.A.C store for one suitable for your skin tone. It imparts a great, luminous finish and gives your skin a color boost and glow! It’s also very light on your skin! I recommend using this after your foundation or you can use alone. For normal skin type girls, use a big loose blush brush, for the oily skinned type, its best to use a puff to set powder. Seriously a must buy!!

Winter time! which means dry skin and dry patches!! I don’t know about you but i definitely suffer from those! I went to Mazen pharmacy recently and came across the vaseline cocoa butter range, now for those of you who don’t know much about cocoa butter, it helps the skin in so many ways, it lubricates and protects the skin and also helps to fade scars!

Now the secret to using this vaseline body oil, is to use it in the SHOWER while your skin is still damp and then towel dry. Your skin will feel SUPER SOFT! I also dry brush (using Body Shop body brush) in the shower, this helps to remove dead skin layers, improve circulation and then I apply the vaseline oil gel for extra smoothness! It’s also great in the summer, making your tan glow! Has anyone ever tried it? What did you think?
